Our Partridge Tea Ball is crafted from wild partridge leaves harvested by the Hlai people in the lush highlands of Hainan. Naturally sun-dried and hand-rolled into compact spheres, it brews a clear, golden infusion with gentle bitterness, soft herbaceous notes, and a clean, mineral finish.
PLANT STORY
In the misty mountains of Southern China, a farmer’s ailing partridge discovered a wild bitter tea tree. After nibbling its leaves, the bird regained its vitality and strength. Inspired by this discovery, the farmer and his community adopted the tradition of crafting Partridge Tea from these wild leaves—a soothing, aromatic brew that became a cherished part of their daily lives, keeping their community healthy and connected to nature.
